A very commonly asked question was wether or not wine, specifically red wine, is healthy for someone to drink often or even every night. This directly related to the food topics we have been learning about in class recently.Wine is actually considered a 'super food' with enumerate health benefits including lessening chances for cancer and gum disease. Similar studies show that drinking wine actually makes it more difficult for one to gain excess body mass also know as fat. Wine is quite possible the healthiest type of alcohol. I thought this article was interesting because i had heard rumors of wines health but never actually known for sure what they were or if there were even any.
