Self Hypnosis


   Self hypnosis is a form of relaxation that is generally used to gain potential that is lacked to the human body, such as getting rid of pain, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and obesity. Generally people would think that hypnosis is brain wash or mind control well its not because when performing this you are aware and in control                                  
To perform hypnosis follow the steps below
1. Sit in a comfortable area with no sound
2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath
3. Let your body relax
4. When ready to exit count up from 1 to 5

  1. This is one of the best ways to relax. I tried it once and it made me calm. Because I usually have a lot of stress, I should try to relax my mind and body. I would like to try it again. I feel good after relaxing.

  2. This method for relaxing when you are stressed or upset. When people have too much on their mind, they can find a nice quiet place to close your eyes, sit in a meditated position and clear your mind. I've tried it many times and really can work for emptying your stress and make you relaxed and calm.

  3. Self hypnosis seems like a great way for people to relax. However I don’t believe it helps me relax. I usually get stressed when I have a overwhelming amount of work to do. And to relieve the stress I have to do the work and not sit around and do nothing by performing self hypnosis.

  5. I have tried this a few times with my sister and it seemed to work pretty well. It's a good method to relax and release stress. I've also heard that it helps people sleep better.

  6. I some what agree that with this article that self hypnosis will work for someone. Also it may be useful if you use this technique because by relaxing it can internally relax your body on May different levels than expected. But the key is just being calm.

  7. Self hypnosis is a good way to relax, and let your body and mind recuperate without having to sleep. I think that Self Hypnosis can be effective if performed properly. Self hypnosis seems to be similar to meditation because they both seem to have positive rejuvenative results on the person doing the action. In the future when I’m stressed, I will try self hypnosis.

  8. I don't think self hypnosis is something that would help with such topics as obesity, but I do think it'd be a great way to relax. In my personal experiences, things like this do end up causing me to stress even more. It has its way of making me listen to parts of myself I try to avoid by being busy and preoccupied. It might be useful for some other people, but for me, I'd rather stay busy either on my feet or with a pencil.

  9. I belive Self Hypnosis is a good stress reliver or just to get stuff off your mind. If someone were to have a very stressful day, I believe that this would be a great way to calm yourself down. I do belive that if i needed to calm myself down after being angry or sad, I would use Hypnosis.

  10. This method of relieving stress seems very interesting. I have never tried this but I would give it a try. The process seems fairly simple and from what others have said, it sounds very effective. I will try it out whenever I have time.

  11. I am not patient with this type of relaxation, I used to try it when I was younger, but I could only meditate for 3 minutes. I would try it again, it I actually make it a habit. I think it'd be good for me too because I do so many stressful activities that I need down time.
