Stress is an issue that teens and adults have. We have all have had atleast one point in our lives where we experienced the anxiety and issues stress has brought us all, whether to be from friends, family, or even our own self conscious issues. Nobody knows how to get rid of the effects or causes of stress without fully experiencing the issue once or learning it from another.   1. In this society, stress plays a big role in our lives. Be it the next assignment or worrying about grades. At times, it is very overwhelming. The article does propose some good ways of managing stress. The most important, is to evaluate yourself and bring some awareness to the problem, which helps one manage stress. Three ways that I manage stress is listening to music, chatting with friends, and taking quick naps. With these methods, I can ensure that I will not be overwhelmed by stress.

  2. Everyone has stress at various places like at school, work, or home.

    In the article, it says that friends, family and ourselves have had stress and nobody knows on how to get rid or it.

    Here are 3 ways to get rid of it:

    1. You can listen to your favorite music groups or artists.
    2. Have a glass of water. Water will help you calm down.
    3. Take a time out in your room, office, or any other quiet places.

  3. According to the article I too believe that stress is caused by re-creating past or future events that stress you. I sometimes get stressed thinking about future projects I have to do in school. To avoid getting stressed out more I usually go for a nature walk, meditate, or listen to music. Once I have done one of those I seem more relaxed, and less stressed.

  4. I agree that stress plays a big role in our lives because we are under pressure to make a positive changes in our life. Their is no 'medicine' for stress but some techniques I use are to play sports while under pressure because its a good way to clear your mind from everything. Not only that but I take a break from the thing thats causing me stress and relax or maybe talk to friends.

  5. I believe stress plays a big factor in most peoples everyday life. It is hard to get rid of stress but there are a few techniques I think that help when dealing with stress. The first technique I believe that works is just taking a short break from whatever is making you feel stressed out. My second technique would be taking a walk outside and getting some fresh air to clear your mind. Lastly, you could simply throw on some headphones and just sit down somewhere relaxing listening to your favorite music. In the article it states that, "stress optimization can assist you to improve/enhance brain and central nervous system function." Which is beneficial for you and your body in the long run.

  6. high school can be very stressful for teens. stress can be caused by friends, family, or even our own self conscious issues. The bad thing is that not a lot of people know how to deal with stress. Here are some things that you can do to help deal with stress one thing that you can do is listen to a calm song a second thing you can do to deal with stress is go on a walk to clear your head. One last thing you can do to help deal with stress is to go to sleep and wake up refreshed
