Daily calories intake can depend on people's age and their health level. Therefore, we need to plan on our health eating habit and balance the nutrients what we need everyday. Balanced diet is very important in our life because we need proper nutrition to work effectively. It helps our physical strength and prevent disease from out coming. We need to know about the health and the food we normally eat.
